How can i make my hair wavy without braiding?

I have naturally strait blonde hair and i don't think i can afford a perm. . . . .my hair strait is very blaaaaa and i wanted to mix it up a bit so please help me out! :D XDHow can i make my hair wavy without braiding?
dudee i have the same problem the only thing i can think of is a perm? but not curly just get like beachy waves or something.How can i make my hair wavy without braiding?
to make it wavy u can just wet ur hair put mousse in it and just scrunch it.
Have you even tried braiding? If you haven't here's how you can do it. 1. When your hair's wet, put a small dab of John Freida's frizz-control serum. 2. Your hair should be slick. Braid your hair into two French braids. I find two the easiest, but it depends on how small you want your curls to be. 3. Sleep overnight. When you wake up, blow dry them on LOW for a bit and take them out. You should have beautiful waves! Or... You can try buns. Still use the same steps but instead of braids, put your hair in buns.
