I have short-ish hair that's barely past my shoulders and I love to braid it and leave it overnight so it will get all wavy and slightly crimped in the morning.I do this while it's dry by the way.But I'm trying to grow out my hair too so I was just wondering if it will make my hair will break and split.Thanks!Will braiding my hair cause damage?
No, actually braiding your hair at night before you go to sleep is good for your hair; it helps it to not get tangled and pop off, esp. if you sleep on a cotton pillow.
Satin pillows are best.Will braiding my hair cause damage?
