i have herd somepeople say that if you braid your hair at night an during the day it makes it grow faster, is this true?Does Braiding your hair at night make it grow faster?
It doesn't increase hair growth, but it can prevent damage and mechanical wear and tear to your hair. My hair is very long, and I have to braid it during the day so it doesn't get caught in things, it also prevents it from getting frizzy or knotty on a windy day etc.Does Braiding your hair at night make it grow faster?
it could possibly make it seem like it. When I was a kid I couldn't get my hair to really grow cuz it was so thin and got tangled so easily. Brushing it broke off the ends. So I braided it to keep it from getting so bad so brushing the tangles broke off less hair in the brush. Now I have really thick hair and it doesn't make any kind of a difference.
nope. totally false.
hair grows 1/4'; to 1/2'; per month. it depends on the person.
drink lots of water, eat well, take vitamins for hair, skin %26amp; nails, and be patient. hair, unfortunately, grows on its own time and not when we want it to.
Only if you get it corn-rolled. But just a regular french braid won't do the trick.
NO who told you that crap!
i dont think so its just like keeping it up i guess
