Should I trim my hair between hair braiding?

I wanted to give my hair a little break from relaxers so my hair is currently braided. Should I get my hair trimmed before my hair is braided again? I did know if relaxed hair could break while it is braided.Should I trim my hair between hair braiding?
Your hair is not going to break off ( unless its over processed from the perm) but when you take the braids out you will have shedding that will naturally occur. You should get your ends trimmed once you take your braids out so that it will continue to grow healthy. The one area that may break off are your edges if they are weak, remember to keep them moisturized, olive oil and products with olive oil are good.
