Most Black Hair dressing Establishments do it. Though you can get it in other hair dressing establishments these days it is a question of asking or shopping around. Please try using the Yellow Pages and phone around. If you happen to live in London should be easy because its done by a lot of Hair Dressers there. I hope this has helped.
