yes it can. They are called extensions. Extensions come in horse hair and human hair. your hair has to be about 2-3 inches long to have extensions put in. but be careful, you may be allergic to the hair (yes, some people are). If you notice a rash on yous skin or scalp, call your doctor immediately. Not trying to scare you.
