if you get it done properly and know how to keep it up, it won't make your hair grow but you will have less breakage. if it is done too tight it will cause your hair to break off. having the braid be too small and having it be too heavy is also bad. you shouldn't leave it in too long (2 months) and you have to keep it moisturized. it takes a really long time to get it done but it depends on the style. it could take like 2-3 hours or it could take 8. if it takes 10+ then you are just dealing with bad customer service.Is it true that hair braiding helps to make hair grow.?
no..it has more of an advantage of causing breakage than making it grow.
